In episode two and three, the narrator continued to provide evidence that made it unclear whether or not Adnan did kill Han. However, I don't think he did it. There's not much evidence to make up for it. When Adnan and Han broke up, Adnan reacted like any boy would (I hope) and so did Han. Everyone around him didn't notice a sudden change, and according to his friend, there was no need for a bad reaction, Adnan already had other girls hooked on him. In Han's diary, she didn't describe Adana's reaction to be of anger or aggravation. Han had moved on, and so had Adnan.
On episode three, the police should have focused more on Mr. S. He had found Han's body while walking through the woods, and what made it more suspicious is that the body was so well hid, that when the narrator saw pictures, not even she could distinguish that there was a body hidden under a log. Also there were evidence around Han's dead body that should've been analyzed, and tested for forensics evidence, which the police and the state failed to do so. To me this trial was "robbed" for lack of better words. In my opinion the state needed someone to blame, and since Adnan was a former boyfriend, and there was a misleading, inconsistence witness, the state just blamed Adnan and moved on. The trial is all over the place with inconsistencies, and lack of efficient evidence. To my opinion, Adnan may be hiding something, but he was not the killer.
